We want to show you how much we appreciate all that you do in representing Alpha and so we have the following benefits:
Recognition and Reward
Clients report back to us on your performance and those temps who have been identified as outstanding performers by our clients will be the recipients of our 'Temp of the Month' and 'Temp of the Year' awards.
Temp Evenings
In Auckland two temp evenings are held throughout the year and provide us with an opportunity to meet you on a social basis and for you to meet other temps and staff members.
Target Incentives
We keep track of the hours you work and reward you as you reach certain targets - the higher the target you hit, the higher the value of your gift.
Length of Service Awards
We have many long-term temps whose dedication and loyalty is acknowledged on their 5 year and 10 year anniversaries.
Training/Upskilling
We provide ongoing computer training, free of charge, for you to further update your skills. We have many packages available including all new versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Remember... by up skilling, you are able to take advantage of more competitive hourly rates by remaining a step ahead of the market and it definitely helps your confidence!
Health and Safety
As your employer, we adhere to our responsibilities under the Health and Safety in Employment Act (1992), amended 2002, to ensure your safety and awareness of issues in the Act. You also have responsibilities for your own Health and Safety which includes notifying your designated Health and Safety representative if any accidents occur, identifying hazards in your workspace and bringing these to both the client and our attention, and being aware of and looking out for your own stress and overuse indicators. |
