Our full service recruitment includes database searches for candidates, advertising in a variety of media, screening of prospective candidates, testing and interviews, reference checking and completion of the candidate assessment report. Alpha Personnel also has the capability to provide peripheral services, including assisting with the development of the job specification and candidate preparation that are often asked for by clients as part of the full service offering.


We prefer to operate using the bundled services model on engagements for clients, however in some instances our clients complete some of these tasks themselves and we assist with providing unbundled services in areas like advertising and screening, testing and interviewing. In the case of unbundled services we do not offer any form of guarantee.
