Any Alpha temp working for a client is an employee of Alpha.  This means that we pay the temp for the hours they work for you as our client, plus meet any other employee obligations that arise. You pay us for the hours that you authorise at the rate we agree.  All of our candidates are carefully phone screened, interviewed, skill tested and reference checked by our experienced team of consultants before being placed in any assignment.
