I began my recruitment career filling general office support roles, but as I grew in the profession I developed a niche for contact centres. I understand the need for building rapport and trust with a customer and going above and beyond to meet their needs. All of my candidates possess these qualities and more.

Helping the right candidates find the right jobs has been a hugely rewarding experience and something that continues to give me drive. I am fortunate to have built a network of great clients that have been a pleasure to interact with and our collaboration so far has been mutually rewarding.

I continue to be active on other office support roles such as project administrators, executive assistants, receptionists, and customer service advisors.

I had the pleasure of joining Alpha in November of 2016 after moving to Wellington from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I have spent years travelling around Europe, South East Asia, and the South Pacific. It was in these years travelling that I realized my love of meeting new people from all different walks of life and the satisfaction it brings being able to develop a rapport with different types of people.
