Paul is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning more than 30 years. Paul started his career in Organisational Development for Air New Zealand then held a number of HR roles in large organisation. In 1997 he started his own human resources consulting company, specialising in recruitment across all the different roles and levels as an HR generalist.

His new company led him to be involved in all aspects of human resources from recruitment, HR policy and process development and installation, employee relations, employment law, performance management and general HR advice to clients as well as assisting them in employment relations issues such as personal grievance claims.

Paul has extensive knowledge across the broad range of HR subjects and has a passion for ensuring companies get the best from their people. Having recently sold his company he has partnered with Alpha Recruitment to provide high quality HR advice and assistance to companies wanting to improve their HR focus and expertise.
