We are delighted to represent our client in the health sector in the recruitment of an experienced Executive Assistant to be based in Greenlane. This temporary (6-8 weeks) full time position represents an outstanding opportunity to support two senior executives within a high profile organisation. There is also the potential of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Supporting two very busy senior executive some of your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex diaries
  • Meeting coordination
  • Minute taking
  • Travel bookings
  • Project administration

In order to be successful in this role you should demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience as an EA working for a large corporate organisation
  • Ability to analyse and synthesise information
  • Ability to manage and work collaboratively with many stakeholders
  • The ability to be self managing and proactive
