We are delighted to represent one of Auckland's largest employers in the recruitment of an experienced Executive Assistant to be based in Central Auckland. This permanent full time position represents an outstanding opportunity to support a senior executive within a high profile organisation in the Healthcare sector.

Supporting a very busy senior executive some of your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a complex diary
  • Meeting coordination
  • Managing requests that arise from board meetings
  • Travel bookings
  • Project administration

In order to be successful in this role you should demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience as an EA working for a large corporate organisation
  • Ability to analyse and synthesise information
  • Ability to manage and work collaboratively with many stakeholders
  • The ability to be self managing and proactive
  • Some exposure to HR would be an advantage
