The Company

Our client is now looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to support their team of Engineers based on the North Shore. This is a very well established New Zealand business with a friendly, positive culture and a focus on health and well-being for all employees.

The Role

This varied Administration Support role involves diary management, formatting and proofing, word processing, relief reception, database management, compliance auditing, and general office duties. 

As the successful applicant you will demonstrate:

  • At least five years office experience
  • An advanced level of written English, with excellent spelling and grammar, and strong attention to detail
  • Proven proofreading skills would be an advantage
  • Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Word, and some Excel experience
  • A polite telephone manner and good verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise and occasionally work under pressure
  • A willingness to learn new procedures and processes

This role will suit a team-oriented administrative support assistant with initiative, strong problem solving ability, and the ability to multi-task.
