We are looking for experienced and capable Executive Assistants for our clients in the public sector based in the CBD. There are both temporary and permanent roles available.

You should have

  • Previous experience as an EA/PA
  • Ability to manage a range of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills
  • Skills with managing documents
  • high-level communication skills

Duties include:

  • Diary management
  • Travel and itinerary arrangements
  • Preparing documents
  • Managing and responding to emails
  • Meeting agendas and minutes
