Our client is a large government organisation, looking for someone to join their team in central Wellington. To be successful in this job, you will have 1 year+ experience in administration, and be naturally organised. You will be great at customer interactions both face to face and over the phone. You will be confident in the Microsoft suite and be comfortable learning new systems.

The main duties of this role include:

  • Answering queries over phone and email
  • Directing and helping customers
  • Data entry and document filing
  • Assisting staff as needed
