We are seeking a team administrator for temporary jobs ranging from 1 month to 6 months in the Wellington CBD. If you have previous experience in team admin roles, this could be a great opportunity for you!!
We’re looking for someone with previous administration experience who thrives in busy and varied roles. To be successful in this role, you will have good computer skills and phone manner. You will be a fast learner and have a great work ethic. Someone flexible and patient with excellent written and verbal communication skills would be perfect for this role.
Day to day tasks include:
- Coordinating meetings and minute taking
- Answering phones and diary management
- Assisting staff as needed
- General administration
