We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Accounts Receivable Officer to join a small team in a 6 month fixed term opportunity. Our client is looking for someone who thrives in a busy and varied environment and someone who is proactive, can work under pressure and can meet deadlines. 

About the role:

  • Fixed term 6 months. 
  • Responsible for AR, and will be given other responsibilities across the business when capacity opens up
  • Providing administrative support where needed - no job too small attitude
  • Must be deadline driven

About you:

  • Minimum of 2-years AR experience
  • Be task focused
  • Have excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Know Excel inside out for all account related uses
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft package and SAP, Oracle 
  • Able to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
