Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven Senior Human Resources Advisor who is a strong on building relationships.

This position has no direct reports and is based in Wellington Central.

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

• At least one years previous experience working as a Senior Human Resources Advisor
• Strong relationship builder
• Strong understanding of employment legislation
• A strong understanding of the machinery of government 
• At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite

This is a 12 months fixed term position.

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
