Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven Trainer who is strong on building relationships.

You will be rolling out training programmes and training staff members in the organisation.

This position is based in the wider Wellington region. 

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

• At least three years previous experience working as a Trainer 
• Strong learning and development experience 
• Strong relationship builder
• Strong technical training knowledge 
• Previous experience in mentorship
• At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
