We are looking for an amazing administrator for some upcoming temporary roles in central Wellington. Most of these roles are full time, however some of them are part time. If you have previous experience in team admin roles, this could be a great opportunity for you!!

You will be working in a varied and challenging environment. These roles will include working both autonomously and in a team environment, depending on day to day requirements. 

We’re looking for someone with great office experience and skills. To be successful in this role, you will have good computer skills and phone manner. You will be a fast learner and have a great work ethic. Someone flexible and patient with excellent communication skills would be perfect for this role.

Day to day tasks include:

  • General administration
  • Coordinating meetings and minute taking
  • Answering phones and diary management
  • Assisting staff as needed
