We are looking for some receptionists with excellent skills and a drive to learn more.

This role will include working both autonomously and in a team environment, depending on day to day requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn and gain more office experience to break into the field of administration.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in customer facing roles. You will also have great organisational skills and attention to detail. This role requires good computer skills on the Microsoft package. Having previous reception experience is a big plus.

Day to day tasks include:

  • Being the first point of contact
  • Assisting with general enquiries
  • Data entry
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Booking appointments and diary management
