We are looking for some great Personal Assistants for ongoing roles in Wellington CBD. Develop your skills and build your career in these city-based opportunities within highly reputable organisations.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks whilst consistently meeting deadlines, be flexible, intuitive and proactive. Working well under pressure, in a professional manner, is a must. You will be able to manage documents and your time well and have excellent interpersonal skills.

The duties of a PA include:

  • Diary management
  • Travel and itinerary arrangements
  • Preparing documents
  • Taking minutes
  • Managing and responding to communication
  • General administration support

These roles are often full or part time however, previous experience is required.
