Our client is looking for someone to join their small team in central Wellington. To be successful in this job, you will have great experience in administration, and be naturally organised. You will be great at customer interactions both face to face and over the phone. You will be confident in the Microsoft suite and be comfortable learning new systems.

The main duties of this role include:

  • Data entry and document filing
  • Answering queries over phone and email
  • Directing and helping customers
  • Assisting staff as needed
