Reporting to the Managing Director, this position provides support across finance, administration, HR and operations.  With one direct report, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities including:

• Leading the payroll, accounts and month end reporting.
• Undertaking IRD reports and payments
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
• Ensuring robust financial and administrative systems, processes and policies
• Overseeing effective HR practices
• Driving culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Contributing to the facilities, carpark and vehicle maintenance
• Coordinating insurance reviews
• Leading and coaching the Business Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Services Manager who can complete all finance functions to month end stage - a person with strong analytical skills, who enjoys reporting and problem solving.   The ability to build great relationships with stakeholders is essential, as is the desire to deliver support services to this great team of technical experts.  Your communication skills will impress, along with your software and systems savviness.
