This is a temporary reception role for 2 - 3 days per week during March and then onto on call casual, with a high profile corporate organisation.  

The position assists existing staff in their Auckland CBD Head Office. They seek a superstar corporate receptionist with great administrative skills to provide cover at their very busy Reception.

The position is extremely busy and interacts with visitors and internal staff at all levels. You will need to be impeccably presented and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

There are four calendars to run so attention to deal and the ability to multi task is essential.

This is not just answering the phone.  Duties will include: 

  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Booking vendor inductions
  • Organizing swipe cards
  • Distributing visitors cards
  • Booking pool cards and keys
  • Responding to numerous emails
  • Responding to general staff queries at all levels. 

Full training will be provided and an excellent hourly rate offered for the right applicant.
