I represent a private boutique healthcare clinic, a leader in their field based in Parnell. They pride themselves in providing tailored care for their patients. The environment is warm and friendly, and the team have a fantastic reputation.

Some of your main duties will include:

  • Greeting all visitors and making them comfortable - you will be the first point of contact with patients and visitors 
  • Coordinate work flows and manage patient expectations 
  • Medical typing for Doctors 
  • Admin support as required
  • Scheduling appointments 
  • Invoicing 

To be considered you will ideally:

  • Have proven experience in a healthcare environment
  • Have excellent communication and a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Be proficient with MS office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Feel confident with picking up new systems and processes
  • Have a can do attitude and be happy to help out where ever required
  • Be able to problem solve and support the team
