We are delighted to represent our client, a not for profit training institute in the construction sector, based in Onehunga. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a permanent Receptionist/Administrator. 

Working as part of a small, friendly team in a fast paced, customer facing environment you will enjoy a busy, varied role that will keep you challenged and engaged as well as providing plenty of laughs along the way. The team here are down to earth and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Management of meeting rooms, including set up, catering etc
  • Collating course materials
  • Stationery ordering
  • Training course administration 
  • Audit processing 

To be successful in this role you should demonstrate previous experience in reception, administration or customer service, a keen willingness to learn, strong Microsoft Office skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands effectively, attention to detail and of course a great sense of humour!
