We are currently seeking a Billing Administrator with an administration background and great communication skills. You will be meticulous in your attention to detail and pride yourself with your accuracy. This is a great opportunity to work for one of Auckland's leading health care providers based in Epsom. This role is temporary with an immediate start, and could be a permanent opportunity for the right person. 


The Role

  • Maintaining a high level of efficient and effective administration procedures
  • Interpreting the particulars of each contract to ensure all requirements are met
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient documentation 
  • Answering all internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining confidentially

The Ideal Candidate

  • Intermediate to advanced in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - face to face and over the phone
  • Previous experience in a Billing/Contracts role is an advantage
