The Organisation:

My client is a charitable trust who provide's health and social services to the wider Counties Manukau. They have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced EA to join the team, in this permanent, full time role based in Mangere. 

Knowledge of Maori customs and ideologies is essential for this role, and if you can speak Te Reo Māori, even better. 

The opportunity: 

This is an unmissable opportunity for a strong EA to support the busy CEO of this organisation. 

The role, in a nut shell:

  • Providing EA support to the CEO
  • Calendar management
  • Organise travel, and attend board meetings both in Auckland, and sometimes out of Auckland in the North Island 
  • Take and distribute minutes from meetings 

 To be successful in this role: 

  • Previous EA experience is essential 
  • Knowledge of Maori customs and ideologies is essential 
  • You will have a backbone and aren't afraid to advise the CEO where required
  • The ability to pre-empt what the CEO needs 
  • You will be an expert with MS Office particularly Excel and Word 
  • Can work methodically under pressure and with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fantastic time management
  • NZ Citizenship or residency 
  • A good sense of humor
