Our client is seeking out dynamic, career minded individuals for their busy contact center.  You will be speaking with a variety of different individuals and addressing their insurance needs.

This company has a very supportive environment and has a strong focus on upskilling.  They will help you carve out a career path and help you get there.  Personnel from the contact centre often move on to positions in IT, Claims and jobs in branch.

The office is an easy commute out to Johnsonville, located right near the train station, so you’re never looking for parking.

Ideally you will have a few years of Contact Centre experience in the banking or insurance industry, however, the core skills they are looking for is customer service experience, the ability to see situations beyond the black and white, the ability to work in a team, the ability to multi task, and a love for helping people.
