Training and Consulting Business, small office

We are seeking a well organised, and positive person with a strong interest in understanding and meeting our customers’ needs.

You will coordinate our training business. The work is a mixture of customer service, and administration and could lead on to developing social media and marketing activities. The role involves everything from answering the phone, to taking training registrations, photocopying, arranging training materials, organising catering, couriers, travel bookings, office supplies and supporting our trainers. Once you are across of all of this you will help develop social media and marketing activities including updating our website.

The role is varied and you will be busy. Positive and intelligent, you will be reasonably outgoing with good attention to detail and a diligent, can do attitude. Previous experience dealing with customers is highly valued as is a good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

We will provide training in our services.

You will have a strong focus on helping us deliver for our customers and helping us grow our business. Our office has good social distancing and we expect you to be able to work from home if COVID alert levels require us to work from home.
