We have a client who is looking for a temporary Business Services Administrator to join a small and friendly team through to the end of March 2021 in their Thorndon location. In this role you will provide general office and administrative support to our Wellington based staff, and ad hoc cover for reception.

You will be a positive team player with excellent customer service skills and have experience in a similar role. This is a busy role with lots of variability so you will be adaptable and happy to lend your hand to any task to ensure the office runs smoothly.  

To be successful in this role ideally you will have:


  • Experience in a similar business support or administrative role where you have;
  • Set up events, meetings, and training
  • Organised catering
  • Made travel arrangements
  • Ordered stationary supplies and consumables
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft 2016 Suite, especially Outlook and Word
  • A flexible, positive, can do attitude that enables you to thrive in a busy and reactive work environment.
