Alpha Recruitment have just had our best year ever in the Business Support space in Wellington, we landed a high profile project with a major government department in mid 2018 and things have just gotten busier and busier for us. Our Canadian is at full stretch so I am looking for a 2nd consultant to help pick up the slack and take the business to a new level.

The successful candidate will really own their space. This role will be working across all levels of office support (EA, PA, Administration, Coordinators, Reception, DE and Accounting Support) as well as jumping in when we have big contact center projects on. Our Clients are a great mix of Local and Central Government, DHB's and Private companies.

Candidates interested in this role will ideally have the following;

  • Agency recruitment experience or the equivalent.
  • A good understanding of Office support roles
  • A tertiary qualification (desirable)
  • High degree of comfort operating in a client facing and candidate facing capacity
  • Natural sales and relationship building ability and a high degree of commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A desire to be the best you can possibly be.
