Accounts Officer wanted!
Our client is looking for a fantastic Accounts Officer to join their team of 14!
You will conduct administration, accounting and contracts management services to unit-titled buildings, mainly apartment complexes (body corporate).
Located in Wellington central, the Accounts Officer assists the accounting managers in producing the accounting element of the company’s core contracts as well as bookkeeping-related body-corporate work.
To be considered for this role you will need to show you have experience in:
• Banking and Bank reconciliations
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Literacy in MS Suite and accounting software - Reckon Hosted for preference (training can be given)
• Customer service across a wide range of internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• General administration and book-keeping.
You must have high attention to detail and be driven, energetic and methodical. Our client wants someone who will work well with their colleagues to achieve the desire outcome. Outstanding communication skills are an essential.
