The Role
Working in a busy, stimulating and diverse working environment you will work alongside one key director where no two days will be the same. You will ensure that the office is managed efficiently with a calm demeanor whilst also handling diplomacy & discretion.
Having the ability to constantly be 3 steps ahead of your director whilst providing high levels of communication & time management you will also bring a natural flair & attitude to your day to day tasks as you connect with both internal & external stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality level of service in and around any administration duties including co-ordination for correspondence and functions within the office reporting to one director
- Effectively communicate with both internal & external stakeholders both written and verbal and assist with research reports and follow up on any actions required
- Support a positive culture within the office which encourages and recognises high performance whilst maintaining sensitivity & confidentiality
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience at a similar level, preferably within a large organisation
- Experience in a corporate environment dealing with stakeholder and customer relations
- Excellent people skills and judgement
- A highly developed work ethic and a proactive approach to managing the office
- The ability to draft executive reports; letters; emails
- Highly developed written and oral skills
- Excellent word processing and PC skills with an advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel and an intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint
- Experience within the health sector would be desirable
