The Opportunity:

 

Our client is looking for an experienced Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager with strong planning and implementation experience to work as part of a small team on an organisational change programme. Experience managing the planning and delivery of business and systems changes for implementation is essential. Experience managing business cases and working on similar establishment or organisational change programmes would be hugely beneficial.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

·       Proven experience in complex organisational programme change and implementation

·       Business and IT systems change and implementation

·       Public Sector business case development and review

·       Organisational change, regulatory service design and establishment experience would be ideal

·       Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a strong delivery focus

·       Machinery of government and a strong understanding of public sector processes

·       Excellent stakeholder management and relationship management skills

This is a 6-month fixed term with possible extension working on a government priority programme. This role will have no direct reports but that may change as the programme develops. Immediate start preferred.
