Job Title: Telehandler Operator – Solar Farm Project

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Telehandler Operator to join our team on a large-scale solar farm project. This role involves operating telehandlers to safely move, lift, and position solar panels, racking, and other construction materials while ensuring all tasks are performed to the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate telehandlers to transport solar panels, racking systems, and other site materials

• Support installation teams with precise material handling

• Perform daily safety checks and basic maintenance on machinery

• Load/unload deliveries and distribute materials across site locations

• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and installation crews

• Maintain compliance with site safety protocols and project deadlines

Requirements

✅ Proven experience operating telehandlers on construction or renewable energy projects
✅ Current telehandler operator license/tickets
✅ Strong commitment to health & safety procedures
✅ Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
✅ Team player with a proactive, reliable attitude
