• Previous supervisory experience in a food of further processing facility (3 years plus)
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Highly motivated with the ability to build high performing production teams in a fast-moving environment
• Working knowledge of Quality and Food Safety standards (GMP, HACCP etc)
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Strong understanding of planning and resourcing manpower
• Business unit budget knowledge, cost control and labour efficiencies
• Good problem-solving skills
• Mentoring approach
• Ability to build internal stakeholder relationships
• H&S focus with understanding of H&S compliance
• Mechanical aptitude would be advantageous
