Busy Shopping complex is offering an opportunity to join their team as a Temporary Customer Service Rep. 

You will be  need to have previous Customer Service experience, be computer literate and be positive and confident dealing with people.    It would be an added advantage if you have some basic accounts and also administration experience.

The approximate work hours will be:

Wednesday   -     9am to 3.45pm

Thursday       -     9am to 2pm

Friday night   -     5pm to 9pm

Also the flexibility  to pick up other shifts when needed would be greatly appreciated.

The role is customer facing in their Customer Service Kiosk, where you will be answering shoppers queries, directing them to the services they need, selling the Gift Vouchers   and recording details into the computer and helping out with any promotions that are happening in the Mall.

This is a varied role where you will need to have excellent interpersonal communication, be confident in dealing with a wide variety of people, have previous customer service experience and be very flexible with the hours and days that you can work.
