Our client is a large sized public sector organisation who do interesting and important work who are looking for a Manager Injury, Illness and Rehabilitation who will do end to end management of a team of seven and rehabilitation services work. This role reports to the National Manager, Safety, Health and Wellbeing. 

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate that you have:

• A minimum of five years claims and case management experience in injury management 
• Excellent understanding of the ACC Partnership programme audit standards is highly desirable
• At least three years previous experience working as a Manager Rehabilitation 
• Significant management and leadership experience
• A strong understanding of the machinery of government 
• Previous experience using Figtree 
• Strong relationship building skills
