Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor who is a strong relationship builder.
This position is located in the Wellington region and reports to the HR Manager.
This position has no direct reports.
You will be working with great people who love what they do.
You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:
- At least three years previous experience working as a Senior Human Resources Advisor
- In depth functional knowledge of HR practices
- Previous experience leading change management initiatives/projects and extensive experience in dealing with employment relations matters
- Previous experience working in the health sector
- Proven ability to lead and manage programmes of work
- At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
A tertiary qualification in human resources and HRINZ accreditation is highly desirable.
This is a permanent full time position.
