The Johnson Group is seeking a driven Senior Human Resources Advisor who is a strong relationship builder.

This position is located in Wellington central with a public sector organisation. 

This position has no direct reports.

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

• At least two years previous experience working as a Senior HR Advisor 
• End to end HR generalist experience 
• Previous ER experience and a strong understanding of employment legislation 
• At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

This is a twelve months fixed term position.

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
