Alpha Recruitment is currently seeking a driven and hard working Senior Human Resources Adviser for an exciting position located in central Wellington.

This is a fixed term position until March 2027. This role has two days wfh on offer and is working in a friendly team of five HR professionals. 

You will doing end to end employment relations and generalist HR work including HRIS and learning and development. 

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

• At least three years previous experience working as a Senior HR Advisor
• A strong understanding of employment relations and legislation 
• Extensive ER experience
• At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Previous experience working in HRIS and learning and development is highly desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
