Alpha Recruitment is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor who is a strong relationship builder.
This position is located in Wellington central.
The work is interesting and you will be working with great people who love what they do.
You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:
- At least three years previous experience working as a Senior Human Resources Advisor
- Previous experience with job sizing methodology and remuneration
- Previous experience working in employment relations/industrial relations
- Human Resources project experience
- At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent relationship building skills
- An understanding of the machinery of government
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
A tertiary qualification in human resources is highly desirable.
This is a 12 month fixed term full time position.
The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
