For 2020 we will be looking for:
- Facilities Administrator/Facilities Coordinator
- Facilities Advisor/Senior Facilities Advisor
- Facilities Team Leader
- Facilities Manager
What you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- At least two years' experience working in facilities
- Experience building and maintaining effective relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with essential services
- An understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015
- Experience managing budgets
- Experience coordinating work with contractors, suppliers and overseeing staff
Previous experience in government is highly desirable.
A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
We are after outgoing, positive people that can hit the ground running. You must have initiative, comprehensive problem-solving skills and great time management.
You must have the right to work in New Zealand.
