Alpha Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Advisor for an exciting permanent position located in Wellington.

You will be working in an exciting, face paced environment where no two days are the same.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite 
  • An understanding of the machinery of government 
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Previous experience writing facilities/asset management business cases
  • Technical knowledge of facilities
  • Previous experience writing and reviewing for complicated projects
