Support the running and functionality of Hospital grounds and buildings located in Central Auckland.

You will be covering a temporary position for one month playing a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal by performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks.

This is a 40hour a week position looking to maintain the facility from 7am-3:30pm and working alternate weekends.  

Successful Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Officer or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various maintenance disciplines, including plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Proficiency in using maintenance tools, equipment, and technology.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and functional environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance in maintenance work.
• Effective communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
