Looking to grow a casual pool of Qualified Support Workers to pick up casual shifts when required across Auckland.

Predomiantly Central, West and East Auckland

You’ll be an important part of the support team working to keep the facility running smoothly during busy periods and to cover sick or annual leave.

Casual staff may be rostered across 8-hour shifts over a 24hour period.  So night and day shifts will become avaiable.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where no two shifts are quite the same. Your work helps create a safe, comfortable environment for residents undergooing mental health and addiction support.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Previous experience and qualified in healthcare support
• Is reliable and flexible with availability
• Is comfortable working in a healthcare environment
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Can work independently and as part of a small team
• Is organised and able to follow checklists and procedures
• Has a calm, respectful and supportive approach with Residents, whanau and staff
