Support a vulnerable Chinese community on the North Shore in Auckland with providing sessions in a variety of settings, individual and group.  Help support their Chinese community through emotional and physical support with Hospice values in mind through therapeutic means.

This Client has been given pay equity for a suitable candidate to fill their vacancy for a Social Worker based on experience.

The Candidate:

• Must be entitled to work in New Zealand
• Have valid registration to practise as a social worker/counsellor in NZ
• High Level of verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain therapeutic relationships.
• Communicate effectively through Mandarin or Cantonese 
• Experience working in aged care or in a palliative care setting would be advantageous

The Role:

• Full time position
• North Shore based
• Monday - Friday 
• 8am-4:30pm
• Car + Free Carpark + Mobile and Laptop for company use
• Pay Equity
