Our client is a well-known private organisation specialising in the Financial Services sector and are currently recruiting an Investment Administrator based in Wellington CBD. 


This position has arisen to assist the Administration Manager and ensure the smooth operation and administration of all of the company products. 


Outline of this role: 

  • Responding to incoming queries both over the phone and via an email inbox
  • Loading new accounts
  • Following up on any outstanding information regarding client accounts
  • Updating client information
  • Processing withdrawal requests
  • Processing transfers
  • Assisting with any additional administrative duties requested by the manager


About the successful candidate: 

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Adaptable and great at responding to change
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Team Player
  • High level of initiative and a 'can do' attitude 
  • Willingness to tackle areas/duties without any prior experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to operate in a high volume & busy environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
