Our client is looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to manage a cloud capability roadmap. In this organization there is a diverse range of technologies and solutions. As the Project Co-Ordinator, you would need to engage internal stakeholders and external vendors. This is an hourly rate contract until end of July 2021.
You will:
- Be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and the team management.
- Be flexible and adaptable with the variation of support needed from day to day
- Provide administrative services, including but not limited to, document processing and efficient functioning of the team
- Scheduling appointments and travel arrangements
- Onboarding and induction of new team members
- Managing the workflow
- Setting up and maintaining administrative systems
The successful person for this role will be focused around optimization and efficiency while paying good attention to detail.
Skills needed:
- Setting up administrative systems and processes
- Excellent communications skills
- Previous project coordinating experience will be required
