The Role:

Our client’s Service Department is seeking a Customer Service/Receptionist to make sure their clients are taken care of, and the Department runs smoothly. This is a long term, full time temporary assignment. Duties include:

  • Inbound and Outbound client calls
  • Client emails
  • Booking appointments
  • Creating and sending letters to customers
  • ADHOC admin as required
