The Organisation

We are delighted to represent our client, a large, charitable organisation, in the recruitment of a PA/Administrator. This 6 week temporary role represents an outstanding opportunity to join the one of New Zealand’s most recognisable Charitable Organisation. The Role

This role is an immediate start (tomorrow if possible). It is part time, 24 hours a week (Monday is a must for a full day of 8 hours other than that flexible). The role provides clerical and administrative support to the team and direct support to the Director. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Director receives administrative support to enable them to concentrate on their role.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative support including meeting organisation
  • Direct administrative support for the Director (including diary management, preparing documents for meetings, compiling reports on behalf of Director and taking minutes as necessary)
  • Any other duties as required by the Director


The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Previous PA/High Level Administration experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Commitment to providing a quality service

  • Advanced professionalism
  • Excellent communicator – verbal and written
