Our Clients is a global company that provides customers with seamless commerce solutions. They are looking for candidates with over 1 year of previous customer advisory experience within a call centre environment. They are looking for a person that can contribute to a team and offer customers a satisfactory outcome.

They are looking for Customer Service Representatives that can:

  • Respond quickly to customer needs
  • Identify business development opportunities and upsell services 
  • Respond effectively to all enquiries, provide sound advice on a diverse and complex range of products and services.
  • Effectively building customer relationships
  • Communicate effectively
