We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA/Senior Administrator to join a well established organisation in Mt Eden.

Duties include:
- Booking and attending meetings
- Taking minutes and creating agenda’s
- Diary management
- Assist with creating reports, presentations and other documents
- Typing and formatting presentations
- Booking Travel (as required)
- Organising catering and other events
- Assisting with general administration and project work
- Covering reception (Shared)
- Other adhoc duties as required
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- 2 + years PA/EA experience
- Proven experience working in a busy office supporting multiple managers
- Drive and passion to make a difference
- Experience working with diverse communities
- A high degree of respect and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
- The ability to work well within a team or on your own
