The Client
Enjoy working for one of Auckland's largest health based organisations located in Grafton. This assignment is starting asap for about 2-3 months with possible extension. You would be working full time hours Monday to Friday assisting with inwards goods and distribution of stock around the organisation.
The Role
This is hands on work and will keep you fit as you move stock around and replenish stock in a variety of departments.
Duties
- Checking stock levels
- Receiving stock into the organisation
- Restocking departments in a hospital environment
- Moving stock around using large cages
- Updating the database (Oracle)
- Receipting goods
- Ordering products using an online ordering system
- Other administration duties as required
Skills required
- Must be comfortable with lifting and manual moving of stock around a large organisation
- Experience with purchasing and inventory administration
- Excellent Communication skills
- A good fitness level
- Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
