The Role

Are you looking for a new challenge?  Wanting 20-40 hours a week working 4-8 hour shifts Monday to Friday?  If your passion is administration and you are ideally looking for part time work that fits your lifestyle then this is just the role for you.  You will need to have proven administration work experience, a high degree of accuracy and excellent written and spoken English as you will be processing personal and confidential documentation.

 Duties include:

  •  Fielding customer queries
  • Fast and accurate Data entry
  • Following a detailed process receiving courier packages and arranging couriers for important documentation
  • Other administration duties as required

 

To be considered you will ideally:

  •  Have fast and Accurate data entry skills
  • Be process driven
  • Be a good communicator with a high degree of accuracy
  • Have flexibility around your working week as hours may vary each day
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to work well in a busy team
