The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a busy and motivated telesales team located in a modern state of the art Contact Centre located in the NorthWest Mall in Westgate.  In this role you will be working for an organisation who has been in the telesales business for the last 20 years.  You will get to fully utilise your excellent communication skills and sales experience introducing customers to exciting new policies within the Insurance Industry. 

 

Duties

• Scripted Outbound Telesales calls to possible customers (Households)
• Introducing them to a new product/Service and encouraging a sale

 

Experience Required

• Previous Telesales or door to door sales experience
• Excellent communication skills and experience using a script
• Sales motivated
• The ability to work 12noon – 8pm Monday to Friday
• A can-do attitude
